In response to the spread of the novel coronavirus, schools across the nation are transitioning to online learning for the first time. This change is presenting particular challenges for children across the spectrum, who often need consistency, structure, and routine to thrive. Not to mention, parents of these kiddos are also finding themselves increasingly overwhelmed with having to supervise and, essentially, fulfill the role of the teacher, while also maintaining their careers on a daily basis.

To help our We Rock family during this unprecedented period, We Rock the Spectrum is proud to announce that our gyms worldwide are offering Virtual Learning Fall Programs! Whether your kids need a change of scenery to be more productive or you just need a break from being the “teacher,” We Rock the Spectrum’s Virtual Learning Fall Program is here for you.

Through our Virtual Learning Program, our gyms will be offering onsite tutoring sessions to assist with our We Rockers’ online school work. The process is simple – all you need to do is drop your children off, and our We Rock staff will help them complete their daily virtual school work, from start to finish. Instead of studying alone, your kiddos will be able to learn alongside others and continue to create meaningful connections with their peers in a safe and healthy environment.

Not only will our Virtual Learning Program provide assistance with online learning, it will also provide a range of sensory-fulfilling activities from arts & crafts, music and games, and “recess” Open Play. During this time of isolation, it is increasingly important for those with special needs and without to maintain a healthy sensory diet. By enrolling in our Virtual Learning Program, your kiddos will have a structured experience while enjoying access to our amazing sensory equipment. If anyone needs a sensory break, they’ll be able to relax and undergo deep pressure stimulation in our Crash Pit. If they need to expend some energy, they’ll be able to jump to their heart’s content on our trampolines. Through our program, your kids will be able to learn and Play With a Purpose™ like never before!

At We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym, we are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for all of our customers. The safety of every We Rocker that walks through our doors is our number one priority. In accordance with state, and city safety guidelines, our Virtual Learning Program will be operating at limited capacities. Furthermore, every gym will follow a strict sanitation protocol based on CDC recommendations and use EPA-approved electrostatic disinfectants to make sure each workstation and equipment is clean.
