Birthday Parties for Kids
We Rock the Spectrum is an indoor playground for children of all abilities. We offer birthday party packages that are designed for the specific needs of your loved ones and family.
Whether your child has special needs and requires our “Rock Unique” package, or your child just wants to play on our zip line and trampoline and have fun, we’ve got an option that will work for your family. Our mission is to create a safe and fun experience for all children. We can help guide you through your party planning experience and plan for party favors, birthday cakes (even gluten free), birthday activities, arts & crafts, and more! At We Rock the Spectrum, the fun never has to stop! If your kiddo needs a break from our play equipment, they can calm down in our calming area, or take a break to do some arts & crafts or play dress-up. We have it all!
Why Host a Birthday With Us?
- Our sensory-safe gym is designed to work for children of all abilities, so no one is left out on their special day!
- We are an indoor play gym, so even weather can’t affect your fun time! Feel free to book in advance and not have to worry if the weather holds up.
- Some of our packages offer staff assistance, which means less work for you and more fun!
What to expect when you plan?
- You may bring any type of food you like for you and your guests. No food or beverages are allowed in the gym area. No alcohol permitted.
- For more than 15 kids, an additional $10 per child will be charged.
- No shoes allowed on the gym floor. Socks are required. For your convenience, WE also have them available to purchase.
- Please book your parties at least two weeks in advance.
- Add-ons are available such as a popcorn machine, photo booth, a DJ and entertainer, and more!
- We supply balloons for a great price! $24.99 per dozen, plus tax.
- Melissa & Doug party favors available for $3.99 per child.
Birthday Party Packages Pricing
*All parties require a minimum reservation time of 2 hours. For special circumstances please call us. *Party deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be used towards packages and items at the gym.
Rock Basic
$150.00/hour
- Up to 15 kids
- Without staff assistance (this means you are simply renting the space).
- This includes full use of the gym and all of its amenities and our arts and crafts area.
- Zipline is not included.
Rockstar
$200.00/hour
- Up to 15 kids
- Party package with staff assistance for up to 15 kids (and we do all the work for you).
- Choose from one of our paper or wood products for each child to decorate.
Rock Unique
$175.00/hour
- Up to 15 kids
- Party package for those with special needs.
- This package includes a trained staff member.
- Each child will receive an age appropriate party favor to take home with them.
Rock deluxe
$250.00/hour
- Up to 15 kids
- 1/4 sheet birthday cake or 2 large cheese pizzas.
- WRTS party favors to pass out to the children at the end of the party.
- Includes an arts and crafts project.
Fun birthday party add ons
Hire a DJ For Your Party
For that extra-special-something at your party, you can hire your own interactive DJ. We Rock the Spectrum Kid’s Gym in Tarzana works in partnership with Get In The Groove Entertainment to help host your party, supply the best kids music available, and make sure those kids (and parents!) get out and dance!
Just $165 additional per hour.
Only available for parties happening Friday through Sunday. Must be booked for a minimum of 2.5 hours.
Hire a Professional Photographer
Don’t miss any moment when you have a party at We Rock the Spectrum and hire our photographer, Kathleen Lantos. With this addition you will get unlimited 2×6 pictures, event graphics, 10×10 white backdrop & props, online hosting of high-res images for downloads. Or you can update for 4×6 prints, Facebook uploads, colored backdrop, red carpet and stanchions. Price is $200 per hour. Call for more details!

Private playdates
